• Draft Purchase Agreement and provide counsel on negotiating strategy
• Provide and assist with completion of all State required disclosures

• Coordinate the closing with all parties: Seller, Seller's Real Estate Agent, Buyer, Lender, Insurance Company, Inspectors, Appraisers, Closing Attorneys and/or Title Companies
• Review the settlement statement prior to the closing. Arrange for any corrections/adjustments to be made to the satisfaction of all parties.
• Attend the closing and deliver any necessary documents
